Frequently asked questions
Are the wine tastings included in the tour price?
The guiding fee covers the tour itself, tastings are paid directly at the wineries you visit. We agree beforehand how many tasting stops you would like.
What if I'm driving and don't want to drink?
No problem, just let us know in advance. We adjust the route and the tasting amounts, and can plan non-alcoholic alternatives on request.
When do the apricot trees blossom in the Wachau?
Apricot blossom usually falls in April, a little earlier or later depending on the weather. At harvest time in high summer, fresh apricots and apricot products take centre stage instead.
