Our bike tours are not about speed. With us, you'll get to know the culture of each region. Regional lunches and a subsequent (iced) coffee break will ensure your physical well-being.

Certified guides

Small stops are made to visit churches, museums, natural wonders or cities. The focus is on entertaining anecdotes and entertainingly presented stories. Of course, we also plan time for the perfect photo.

GPS tracks and live location

All tours are worked out in the bike navigation app Koomot and are also available to guests as GPS tracks. The live location of the guide is visible to guests and bus drivers.

Our Europe-wide team of certified local bike guides has been trained by www.guide-training.com. Our bike tour guides are specialized in group tours and can also solve small technical problems on the spot.

Inspiring storytellers

Our bike guides / bike tour leaders are highly trained in leadership dramaturgy, storytelling, group dynamics, conflict management, bike mechanics, first aid and regional and national history, art and culture. The most important thing is they do this job out of enthusiasm and friends to work with guests.

Working as a guide since 2003 and head of www.donauguides.com. He is internationally involved in guide associations and our smart digitalization freak.

Our outdoor educator trains tour guides and tour leaders and is an avid bike guide himself. He puts together the right Spotify playlist for each tour and lets the guests sing along. When he is not working for us, he leads in Vienna at www.vienna-now.at.

Our team consists of 60 independent professional guides who guide in over 20 languages. They know many insider tips and know how to handle mixed groups of e-bikes and non-motorized bikes.

And we make this profession out of passion. Can’t do, won’t do, is our motto. We find a solution for every problem on site. The needs of our guests are always in the foreground.

Group size = quality

We work with at least 2 guides per group. This makes it possible to drive in two groups with different speeds. And/or a 2nd guide as a tail rider. The final rider should never be guests, as this guide is often also a bike trainer, mechanic, conflict solver, and is sometimes needed as a counselor.

Fair price

Our guides are full-time city guides or tour guides. They live from this profession. We therefore pay you a fair fee. In return, our price includes the detailed elaboration of the tour, the reservation of restaurants and the all-round care of the guests.

We are always there for you and 98% of the time we can handle emergency requests at short notice. Just call, WhatsApp or send an email. Invoicing will be done by our German or Austrian company after the tours (we are also happy to invoice you via Reverse Charge).
