Frequently asked questions about this tour

What age is this tour suitable for?

The tour is designed especially for primary-school-age children, but works well for younger and older children too. Let us know the approximate age of the children when you book, so we can tailor the stories and pace accordingly.

Is the path to Veste Oberhaus manageable with a pushchair?

The climb to the fortress involves stairs and steeper sections and is only partly suitable for pushchairs. If needed, we can adjust the route or leave out this part of the tour.

What should we bring for the tour?

Sturdy, comfortable shoes are a good idea because of the climb to the fortress, and water for the journey. In sunny weather we recommend a hat and sun protection, as part of the route is outdoors.
