Frequently asked questions

Is this tour also suitable for first-time visitors?

The Hidden Places tour doesn't require prior knowledge of Budapest, but it works especially well alongside a classic city tour. For a first overview we'd recommend the Highlights tour; for a second visit or as an add-on, this route is a great fit.

What footwear would you recommend?

Comfortable, flat shoes are advisable, since the route crosses cobblestones and narrow courtyards. Parts of the walk are not wheelchair accessible.

Can the route be adapted to our interests?

Yes, the exact selection of places can be discussed with your guide in advance, for example with a focus on architecture, street art or photography.
