This tour takes you by bike along the Inn, past the Innstadt district, over bridges and along riverside stretches with views back to the old town. A relaxed way to see Passau from a different angle, with stops for explanation along the route.

The route

  1. Inn quay
    Meeting point on the riverbank, with a short briefing before setting off.
  2. Inn bridge
    Crossing the river with views of the old town and cathedral.
  3. Innstadt
    Riding through the quieter district on the far side of the Inn.
  4. Riverside path
    A longer stretch along the Inn with views across to the far bank.
  5. Viewpoint
    A stop at a spot with a good view over the Three Rivers City.
  6. Three Rivers Corner
    Riding past where the Inn, Danube and Ilz meet.
  7. Back to the old town
    An easy ride back to the starting point.
